"Hi. Firstly, your driver Paul was 100% good when I spoke with him on Friday. The issue was, I booked this for Thursday but got the date wrong as I was booking in a panic. I phoned you and spoke to an obnoxious, very unhelpful man. All i wanted to do was amend the booking but was told this couldn't ( wouldn't) be done and basically it was tough! So I cancelled the booking. However, no one told the driver. His time was wasted as he turned up on the Friday. And I was charged £130 for a trip that didn't happen. So, to be quite frank, your service and attitude was a disgrace"

"The driver wasn't waiting in arrivals. It was a good 20 minutes after we landed that he contacted me; in the meantime, I tried ringing both numbers given. One kept cutting out; the other was an answerphone, I left a message. I also emailed. We were tired and had no idea what was happening for that 20 minutes. When we did meet the driver, he was very pleasant and helpful and all was well but it was a very worrying 20 minutes. This experience made me very anxious about the return journey, as I'd had to change the pick up time. I was surprised to be charged £10 for this. There was no email confirmation of the changed time. My anxious email on the morning of our return journey was answered very quickly with a phone call so all was well. Both drivers were lovely, which is why I rated you good; it's just a pity about the arrival."

"I do understand that I was delayed by 7 minutes and I apologised to the driver as soon as I got to the taxi. however the driver claimed that the booking time was earlier and made each car pay an extra £10 in cash. When I pulled up the booking reservation to show the driver the correct time he refused to listen. The driver claimed that we were over 15 minute time but this wasn’t the case and I was also unhappy we had to pay this in cash and hope I don’t get an additional charge to my account. "

"The problem was not with the driver, it was with your booking system. The fare you quoted was wrong as it only covered 6 miles of a much longer trip. So we ended up having to pay significantly more for the journey directly to the taxi driver. Had the cost been clear at the outset we would have booked a much cheaper method of transport.
